Criteria for Applicants:
- Seniors attending North Pitt High School who are planning to attend a two or four year college institution
- 2.8 grade point average minimum
- Identifies as a member of an underrepresented group in higher education (socioeconomic disadvantage, racial/ethnic minority, first-generation college student, first-generation American citizen)
One applicant who meets the above criteria will be selected and awarded a $750.00 scholarship. The scholarship award will be given directly to the recipients chosen secondary institution and will go towards their tuition.
